The Frye Company warrants any Frye product against manufacturer’s defect for up to two (2) years after purchase from any authorized Frye retailer. The Frye Company does NOT offer a limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.

The Frye Company warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defect, with the exception of any damage due to accident or abuse. If your Frye product suffers from a defect under warranty, we will repair it, replace it, or if purchased from The Frye Company, issue a refund if we are unable to do otherwise.
This limited warranty does not cover, and The Frye Company shall have no obligation or liability with respect to, improper or inadequate fit once footwear product has been worn/used.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which vary from state to state.

Our office hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Mondays through Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Saturdays.
