The Frye Company warrants any genuine Frye product against manufacturer’s defect for up to 1 year after purchase from any authorized Frye retailer. The Frye Company does NOT offer a limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.
If your Frye product falls outside of our warranty period, we recommend having your repairs done by Resole America, who provides convenient and quality repair services through their website www.resole.com
The Frye Company warrants its products to the original purchaser against manufacturer’s defect. Wear and fit issues, except as a result of a production issue, are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered. Weather and water damage are also not covered. If your Frye product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect within one year of purchase from an authorized retailer, we will gladly repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same style, size, and color. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a Merchandise Credit for use on our website in the amount of your original purchase. Please note that irreparable items will not be returned to you. Repairs will be done with original Frye parts when available, otherwise repairs will be done with comparable parts.
This limited warranty does not cover, and The Frye Company shall have no obligation or liability with respect to, improper or inadequate fit once footwear product has been worn/used. The Frye warranty does not apply to any co-branded collaborations.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which vary from state to state.
If you believe that your Frye product has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact our Customer Service team at 800.826.3793 or email us at email@example.com to receive help and a case ID number for your repair. Our office hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Mondays through Fridays.
The Frye Company warrants any Frye product purchase directly from The Frye Company against manufacturer’s defect for up to one (1) year. If your Frye product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect and has been bought from us directly, return it within one (1) year from the date of purchase (include a copy of your packing slip) and Frye will replace the product or refund the cost of the repair done locally up to $70.00 USD. The Frye warranty does not apply to any co-branded collaborations.
Defective merchandise must be verified by a Frye Customer Service representative using a photograph, which can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
