WHAT IS THE FRYEVIP REWARDS PROGRAM?

Join the FRYEVIP Loyalty Program to earn points. You'll receive 50 points just for signing up. Be the first to get early access to sales, preview new arrivals, receive a birthday incentive - and that's just the beginning. The rewards program is available only for US residents.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE POINTS?

Points should appear in the Rewards history section as "pending" until 30 days after purchase and as "approved" within 24 hours for any non-purchase engagement (ex. product review, social media follow.)

HOW LONG DOES MY FRYEVIP STATUS LAST?

All rewards tiers are valid for 1 year. Once you enter a new tier, you can enjoy the perks of your status throughout the year. Just earn a specified amount of points throughout the calendar year to maintain status.

WHAT IS THE CONCIERGE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE & EMAIL?

All Campus, Engineer and Harness rewards members will receive an email with the exclusive customer service team information to call M-F 9am-7pm est. or email anytime.

HOW AM I NOTIFIED OF MY BENEFITS?

You will receive an email after Campus, Engineer an Harness status is earned including the new perks and how you can redeem. The concierge customer service team can also help with any questions.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ANNUAL GIFTS?

The annual gifts for Campus, Engineer and Harness VIPs will appear in your rewards account once the new tier status is earned. The holiday gift for Engineer and Harness members is a special surprise each year, that we can't wait for you to receive in your mailbox!

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PERK?

Campus members receive free ground shipping with no minimum spend. Engineer members are eligible for 2-day shipping upgrades on 2 orders annually and Harness members on 5 orders annually Just sign into your account and at checkout the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly.
