Very disappointing
"I received a pair of Venetian shoes as a present. I have worn many different boots for many years and love them. The shoes looked great, but the quality of the leather was so poor they are almost impossible to put on, and not comfortable. I believe the company was sold to a PE firm and sadly things are just not the same. Since they were a gift, I was not aware of the 30 day return policy. Some deserving down on their luck man in size 11 is about to get a pair of poor fitting shoes, but hopefully better than they wear now. Will never buy from Frye again. Very disappointing."

"These were a gift for my husband. He is so picky about shoes and dislikes the new styles with rubber/composite soles. He actually really likes these. Leather sole, real heels. Very stylish and I like the rounded toes. May order and extra pair to store away till he needs them!"

"Suede venetian on a leather sole is a nice concept. For me they are tapered enough, and still give me room. A bunch of wears and they are good. No maintainance on my part. I love the look and they go with so much."
