"I have not received the Dylan Chelsea boots I ordered. The tracking number link provided to me informed me that they had been returned to sender in Fulton, MO. You have, however, taken payment for the boots"
Different boot than pictured
"BUY ELSEWHERE. Boots are not as pictured. The ones they are selling have a rubber midsole not leather as shown in the picture. Tried to exchange with a different pair but they wouldn’t because the other shoes were in low stock, but I could purchase then. Took a week to get the return tag. They didn’t refund shipping. I get not refunding shipping if I didn’t like the boots but you are selling a different boot then pictured. Thursday Boot Company here I come. Sad. Frye was a great brand."

"Unfortunately, I used the “perfect fit tool” on the website and entered multiple shoes and styles to ensure I was getting my correct size. The tool told me to get a size 11 and that was way too small. When I tried to exchange, they said that because it was a Black Friday sale it’s automatically “final sale. ” What a weird policy but unfortunately I know proudly own two pairs of shoes that are too small."

"I love 💕 the bootie style of boots. This boot is exactly as pictured. It is a serious boot - heavy and thick leather with a substantial and gripping soles. Good functionality It is wide in the toe box which makes it easier to wear a thicker sock and provides extra room for those who need it. I usually order half size up to accommodate my need for toe box room but more narrow heel. I will certainly wear this boot but I feel it too chunky to wear with dress, skirt, or evening ware. Frye always delivers quality!"
