"I read all the reviews and even texted with Frye. I ordered the boots. I am a size 11 and ordered a size 11. Too small and too narrow . I have tried twice to initiate a return and I have received absolutely no response from Frye. I'm not so sure I want to exchange . At this high price and zero support. I want my money back. So bad that Frye has gone down hill. What will I do now with 500 dollar boots that don't fit?"

"I agree with Ario. After I received a pair of boots from Frye that was covered in warehouse dust, I decided to return the boots. The customer service experience and the fees I had to pay became the reasons for me not to ever order anything direct from Frye. I try Nordstrom because of their excellent customer service."
