"Don't get me wrong, I love everything about these boots and finally decided to invest in a pair after years of admiring them. However, about a month into owning them, the pull tab on the right side has torn straight through the leather. I called in and asked if the tabs were for aesthetic purposes but was told to take them to a cobbler for repair. Has anyone else had them damage so soon?"
"I purchased my first pair (same) in 2007 from Nordstrom, I happen to be walking through and spotted them ($285. 00). They fit like a glove at first fitting. I won’t return, but on my right foot I can feel the inside seam. My first time walking around all day, same boot, was digging onto top of foot at the bend. The top end seems longer (cool) and stands up well… but I hope that’s why their not as comfortable, but I’m hopeful once again my feet will win the battle and the boots will succumb to my own comfort. And no I haven’t gained any weight, Im very active and my feet are solid."

"My gf got these as a gift for me in my true size 11. 5. They were too big even though the website says true to size. So I decided to return them and get a size 11. Still too big and have excessive heel slip. Wore them out so not able to exchange. I haven’t been a size 10. 5 since 8th grade and I’m 24 now. I’d recommend go full size down. Extremely upset since these are very expensive."
