"Couldn’t be happier with these boots. Amazing quality. Worth the investment."
"I am obsessed with these boots. They are comfortable right out of the box and well crafted. Arguably the most comfortable boots I have ever had and tempted to buy another."
"Sturdy and reliable"
"My gf got these as a gift for me in my true size 11. 5. They were too big even though the website says true to size. So I decided to return them and get a size 11. Still too big and have excessive heel slip. Wore them out so not able to exchange. I haven’t been a size 10. 5 since 8th grade and I’m 24 now. I’d recommend go full size down. Extremely upset since these are very expensive."
"The heal detached immediately. Please stand by your price and help me fix it"
"Have a pair of these and the 8R’s, I had them resoled by a cobbler twice because they are so comfortable!"
"You sent me damaged goods. I am going to return them. It looks like they were previously sent to someone, who returned them."
"You changed the shape of the toe , my first reaction was to complain but it actually looks good and feels better on my feet 👍"
"Love these boots! Look great and feel great out of the box."
"Disappointed does not even start to describe this purchase. At first, I had no hesitation to buy boots for my wife’s birthday from a company with a "reputation for quality". I’ve had Frye boots over the years and have been quite happy with them. Just like every other company these days, craftsmanship and quality control (not to mention integrity)have been thrown out the window with not a care in the world about the customer experience. $500 for boots that showed up with the heels coming apart straight out of the box. These wouldn’t have lasted a month of regular use. Immediate email was sent with photos of said issue. Got a generic rubber stamped response to download a return label and have to pay $12 to send it back. To add insult to injury, I started getting promotional texts for the same boots the same day! Frye. Do better. Please. Or don’t… your prerogative, but don’t expect a happy or returning customer."
