Replacement boots also have loose soles.

"The lotion is OK, I guess, but the brown boots you sent as a replacement for the black ones with loose soles also had loose soles after only one week! I had them fixed and could wear them again in a few days. That is what I should have done with the original black ones because I don't like the replacement brown ones which scuff easily and already look old. I will think twice before I buy your footwear again. Maybe send me back the black ones and I will send you back the brown ones. (Just kidding, but I wouldn't mind. )"

Leather Lotion ruined my wife's purse

"My wife had purchased a Frye purse from Dillard's (see attached Receipt) but wanted to protect it, as it was a leather purse. She had me order the Leather Lotion as it was supposed to condition the leather and help protect the leather. We treated the purse, according the directions on the bottle and it ruined the purse (see attached pictures). We would like someone to help replace the purse or at the very least, help her purchase a new purse to replace the one ruined by the Leather lotion that was purchased. I feel this request is a reasonable one, given that it was purchased to help condition and protect her purse. Love the company, delivery not so much.

"I love this company. However, I'm disappointed with the delivery. I never received the leather lotion as it wasn't in the package. As pictured there was a while in the package. I emailed customer service twice and never received a reply."

Seems decent but ask me in five years

"I’m giving this four stars because it’s easy to use. I think it’s hard to rate an item like this until you see whether or not it helps your boots last longer in the long-term. although I buffed my boots, after application like the instruction, said, there is still a tiny bit of sticky feeling and that’s why I’m not giving it five stars. I like the way the boots felt before applying this lotion. That being said, I want them to last, so if that is what I have to do, that is what I have to do."
