    Terrible, Terrible Quality

    "K-Mart quality at Frye prices. I bought this wallet with the expectation it was well made and would last. Boy was I wrong. The stitching came undone within a month. The edging came off. The leather discolored in several places. There was no excessive wear and tear that would cause this thing to fall apart like it has. It just poor quality. What’s worse, Frye customer service refused to stand behind its product — despite all its marketing about how its products will last a lifetime. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other company if you are looking for a wallet that will hold up for more than a few days."

    Not a good product

    "I have always been a big fan of Frye products. In the last year, I have purchased two Frye Bags for my laptop and recently bought the Billfold Dark Brown wallet over a little over two months. This will be my last purchase with Frye. After two months, the Billfold Wallet has torn apart. I requested to have it replaced since it was damaged, but I was told they could only give me a 10% refund. That sounded like a joke. This wallet is supposed to be made of leather. It shouldn’t have been torn apart like this. After calling two times and asking to speak with a manager for help, I was told I couldn’t talk to a manager. I’m not happy about the money I spend on a poor product, and being treated like they don’t care about their customers."
