This is my 3rd pair

"This is my 3rd pair of Fryes and my second high shaft and Frye has never disappointed me yet! My usual size is 7. 5 but I have wider feet so I almost always size up to an 8 and I always size up in my fryes. The size 8 was perfect but I would need to go up to 8. 5 if I wanted to wear thicker socks. The suede is so soft the heel height is perfect the bottoms are rubber which is a necessity for me (I have Melissa two buttons that I ended up taking to a cobbler for rubber soles). The calf is on the tighter end but not any different than any other riding style boots I own but if your calf’s are even slightly on the thicker side you definitely need a wide calf in this boot."

"Boots goes well with lots of outfits. Boots runs small. Buy 1/2 to one size bigger than your normal size. I have narrow feet and it’s tight in the feet area. Im a regular size 8 with frye and these were tight with very thin socks."

"The sizing is extremely inaccurate in these boots. I own other Frye shoes and wear my normal size. These boots are at least 1 whole size if not more smaller than noted. Very disappointing that the company would sell such a product."

Please make a narrow calf size option, Frye!

"Pretty boots that are tall enough for my long legs (I’m 5’9), but unfortunately also extremely wide in the calf so I won’t be able to wear them. Footbed is on the narrow side but this wasn’t an issue for me as I have narrow feet. I am bummed that these were final sale as they are not wearable. Please consider making narrow calf sizes, Frye!"
