"I ordered these boots as non refundable based on my other Frye boots sizing (5. 5) that fit great, ordered these in a 6 and they are extremely tight. Not true to size. I will be unable to wear these. I am hoping customer service will honor an exchange but have not heard back."
"Leather quality is top tier, and uphold Frye’s legacy. I had heard quality had decreased in recent years but the quality for price is still unmatched. Runs a little snug in the toe and was concerned since I bought them on sale but they’re stretching out nicely as they break in. Id say they run snug more than small, but id size up 1/2 a size if you’re between sizes"
"Love these boots! They were immediately comfortable, which rarely happens for me. The heel is a perfect height. I have about 16" calves and they still fit great and not too slouchy. They go with so many outfits. I ended up buying two pairs (black leather and brown suede) within a couple months, which I never do. I'm usually a 10 but sized up to an 11 so I can wear with thicker socks if needed and they don't feel too big."
