"Ive never left a review before in my life but the lack of quality control has compelled me. There is a massive wrinkle in the sole where the leather is attached to the insert. I’m sure I can solve this by ripping off the leather top, but I just paid almost $300 for a pair of boots. Frye company should be ashamed of themselves for letting this pass inspection."

"I love these boots. I've ordered 2 pairs. Once in 2020 and again in 2023. After about 3 years, the soles shave off slowly but I keep coming back to these amazing boots. They form to your foot over time and get more comfortable as you go. Top notch!"
Boots poorly Quality Checked, return process easy
"Boots arrived and had an eyelet that was falling out before I even wore them for first time. Return process was easy, unfortunately my size was no longer available in the Antique Black so I picked a different boot. Separately the little card that comes in the shoebox with the company history is clearly written by either someone that cannot spell or was never spell checked, which ironically was indicative of the quality of the boots I received. I am hoping the new boots I got in exchange are of a better quality."

"absolutely dissapointed. this boots are far from what I have purchased before from you. And besides the bad quality and design, the pictures you show in the web do not comply with the product itself. the boot sole is not wide as it looks in the picture the leather is not soft the manufacture is not well finish the shape and the look is more like a simple shoe and not as a sturdy boot. the front tip is lifted and looks terrible the shape of the design is narrow PHOTOS ATTACHED TO SEE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OLD BOOTS AND THE ONE I JUST RECIVED"
