Frye offers shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Express Shipping Options

Frye offers Next Business Day Shipping in the contiguous U.S. In addition, Frye offers Express in the contiguous U.S. We also offer Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Frye is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

** Please note that orders placed after 1 pm EST (10am PST) will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

Tracking Orders

If you have an account with The Frye Company, simply log onto the site to check your order status by clicking the "Orders" button on the My Account page. Your orders will be listed here in chronological order. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply call our Customer Service associates at 800.399.4819 to check your order status.

Green Shipping Protection

If you purchased green shipping protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, follow the instructions below to place a reorder.

Reach out to the Corso customer service for assistance replacing your order. You have the option to live chat with a representative at reorder.corso.com or by email at support@corso.com.

Instructions:

  • Input your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.
  • Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation. Reorder requests may be rejected at the discretion of the The Frye Company support team. For full terms and conditions, click here.
  • Package protection against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling is only valid on orders under $1,000 USD. 
  • The Frye Company is exempt of liability if the customer opts out of green shipping protection.

Colorado delivery fee:

A new retail fee is taking effect in Colorado on July 1, 2022. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. This will add a layer of compliance complexity for both in-state and out-of-state retailers.The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado consumers, no matter who owns or operates the vehicle used to make the delivery, and whether the delivery originates in Colorado or another state. Retailers must separately state the retail delivery fee on all customer invoices and receipts. Note: the fee is levied on all qualifying deliveries, even when shipping is free.


    General Sizing Information

    A small amount of heel slippage is normal with new boots. It will gradually decrease as you wear them. Many people have one foot that is slightly larger than the other. If your foot is between sizes, we recommend you order up a half size. If you generally wear wide sizes and no wide is available, you may need to order half size up.

    When you receive your boots, try them on in the afternoon, as feet tend to be largest this time of day. Try your boots indoors on carpeted surfaces and wear the socks or tights you would normally wear. Make sure you can wiggle your toes.

    Our footwear measurements are based on a size 6 for women's and a size 9 for men's.

    We are currently experiencing delays processing returns. It may take an additional 10-14 days to refund your purchase

    Policy

    We hope that you love your Fryes. If the product you purchased is not as expected, please return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly accept returns purchased from Frye’s online store (thefryecompany.com) that are unworn (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear), undamaged or defective merchandise. We are not able to assist with purchases made through third-party retailers. You may use our online return service to send back your item(s) or ship with a carrier of your choice. If you would like to use our Prepaid Return Shipping Label service, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels may only be issued within the contiguous U.S. Please be sure to keep any return tracking information and records provided by the shipping carrier for your reference

    Refunds

    Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original method of payment used on the order once processed. If an E-Gift Card was used at checkout, this refund will be issued back to the same E-Gift Card. Discounts applied at the time of purchase will also be deducted from the returned merchandise refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable..

    All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility and items that cannot be restocked will be returned to you.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

    CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICIES

    thefryecompany.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover, and PayPal.

    Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately and will take 3-5 days to be posted back to your credit card.

    We reserve the right to not ship to an address, name, or phone number that is different from the credit/debit card billing address, name, or phone number. If you wish to ship your purchase to a name or address that is different to what is on your credit/debit card billing statement, you must first register that address with your credit card's issuing bank. In such an event, we will validate it with your credit/debit card company. If your credit/debit card company cannot validate the shipping address or name, or if an incorrect billing phone number is submitted, we reserve the right not to process your order. This is for your protection as well as that of Frye.

    AFTERPAY FAQ

    What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

    How do I use Afterpay?

    Just shop TheFryeCompany.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!

    Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.

    Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

    Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule.  The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

    ORDER ELIGIBILITY

    Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using Afterpay?

    Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay with TheFryeCompany.com. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and TheFryeCompany.com are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.

    Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

    Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

    What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?

    Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.

    PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    How does the payment schedule work?

    Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.

    You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

    Will I be notified when a payment is due?

    Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
    Can I pay early?

    You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit ‘Pay Now.’

    What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

    If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee after 10 days. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the total order. For more information, visit the Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.

    Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?

    To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility.  Not all requests can be accommodated.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

    Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our Returns Center. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from TheFryeCompany.com to Afterpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.     Can I edit or modify my order after placing it?

    Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. TheFryeCompany.com is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason. 

    MILITARY DISCOUNT

    Frye has a long tradition of supplying and recognizing America's troops. As a small sign of gratitude for our military and their service to our nation, we proudly offer all active United States military personnel a 15% discount on full price purchases made directly from The Frye Company. Simply call our Customer Service team and let them handle your order.

    STUDENT DISCOUNT

    Our student discount program is being reformulated, and is currently unavailable. We will make an announcement when the program is updated.

    COUNTERFEIT WEBSITES

    If you have searched online for Frye products, then you may already have been exposed to the many sites that are currently advertising counterfeit Frye products using such phrases as "frye boots clearance," "frye boots sale," "frye boots outlet" and "discount frye."

    While these websites may use the Frye brand name and have the look and feel of our main website, www.thefryecompany.com, they are illegal sites and any Frye product that they offer for sale is counterfeit. In some cases, these sites have dynamically pulled content from our main site, used various redirects, claimed 40% discounts and one even claimed “©2012 TheFryeCompany.com, Inc. All rights reserved.”
