In light of recent events regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we've extended our return policy. Items must be initiated for return within 60 days. The time period begins when your order is delivered.
Frye offers free returns anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
After you finish your online return, you'll receive an email with a pre-paid return label that can be used to ship your item(s) back to us. Please pack your item(s) in a box, affix the pre-paid return label and drop your package off at any UPS Location.

We hope that you love your Fryes. If the product you purchased is not what you expected, please return it to us unworn within 60 days of delivery. You can either use our online return service to return your items or ship with a carrier of your choice.
The product must be returned unworn (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear). All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility and items that cannot be restocked will be returned to you.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated above. These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to customers who purchased their Frye product from www.thefryecompany.com.
If you would like to purchase a different item right away, select our Instant Refund option and receive your refund as store credit. Just like a gift card, you can use your Instant Refund to make a new purchase. Once we receive your order, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original form of payment.

Frye offers shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. In the contiguous U.S., Frye is pleased to extend customers free UPS Ground Shipping, which takes 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Frye offers Next Business Day Shipping in the contiguous U.S. In addition, Frye offers UPS 2nd Business Day in the contiguous U.S. We also offer UPS 2nd Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Frye is not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

If you have an account with The Frye Company, simply log onto the site to check your order status by clicking the "Orders" button on the My Account page. Your orders will be listed here in chronological order. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply call our Customer Service associates at 800.826.3793 (FRYE) to check your order status.
A small amount of heel slippage is normal with new boots. It will gradually decrease as you wear them. Many people have one foot that is slightly larger than the other. If your foot is between sizes, we recommend you order up a half size. If you generally wear wide sizes and no wide is available, you may need to order half size up.
When you receive your boots, try them on in the afternoon, as feet tend to be largest this time of day. Try your boots indoors on carpeted surfaces and wear the socks or tights you would normally wear. Make sure you can wiggle your toes.
Our footwear measurements are based on a size 6 for women's and a size 9 for men's. If you have additional questions about our products or sizing, please call our Product Specialists Monday through Friday from 6am - 4pm PST at 1-800-826-3793 and select Option 2.

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
To keep your Frye products looking better longer, we’ve established the Frye Refurbishing Center. We take great pride in all of our products and are here to help if you’d like to give your Frye boots, shoes or accessories some additional care.
The Frye Company warrants any genuine Frye footwear, handbag, and small leather good product against manufacturer’s defect for up to one (1) year after purchase from any authorized Frye retailer. *The Frye Company does NOT offer a limited warranty for products purchased from anyone who is not an authorized dealer.
If your Frye product suffers from such a problem within this period, we will repair the product. If we are unable to do so, we will replace the item with the same style, size, and color. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a Frye credit to you for use on our website in the amount of your original purchase.
The Frye Company limited warranty does not cover, and The Frye Company shall have no obligation or liability with respect to, damage resulting from accident or abuse, and/or improper or inadequate fit once footwear product has been worn and/or used. Please note that due to the nature of our fine quality leathers, our footwear and handbags are not waterproof. The Frye warranty does not apply to any co-branded collaborations.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately and will take 3-5 days to be posted back to your credit card.
We reserve the right to not ship to an address, name, or phone number that is different from the credit/debit card billing address, name, or phone number. If you wish to ship your purchase to a name or address that is different to what is on your credit/debit card billing statement, you must first register that address with your credit card's issuing bank. In such an event, we will validate it with your credit/debit card company. What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.
How do I use Afterpay?
Just shop TheFryeCompany.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.
Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

Yes, your bag value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay with TheFryeCompany.com. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and TheFryeCompany.com are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.
Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
How does the payment schedule work?
Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Will I be notified when a payment is due?
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
Can I pay early?
You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit ‘Pay Now.’
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee after 10 days. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the total order. For more information, visit the Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.
Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?
To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?
Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please visit our Returns Center. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from TheFryeCompany.com to Afterpay, and then to you. Can I edit or modify my order after placing it?
Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. TheFryeCompany.com is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
If you have searched online for Frye products, then you may already have been exposed to the many sites that are currently advertising counterfeit Frye products using such phrases as "frye boots clearance," "frye boots sale," "frye boots outlet" and "discount frye."
While these websites may use the Frye brand name and have the look and feel of our main website, www.thefryecompany.com, they are illegal sites and any Frye product that they offer for sale is counterfeit. In some cases, these sites have dynamically pulled content from our main site, used various redirects, claimed 40% discounts and one even claimed “©2012 TheFryeCompany.com, Inc. All rights reserved.”
