"The soles are so flimsy and don't stay with your foot. If you hold the shoe up you can see it bending in on itself (it's hard to describe. ) The left shoe is especially messed up so I contacted customer service as this appears to be a manufacturing defect. They told me they wouldn't provide a refund and that I should just pawn them off on someone else on the Frye resale site. Unhelpful and unethical."
"Online sales should be able to be returned since the only way to know if it fits is by buying them and trying them on at home. Not being able to return a pair of shoes if they dont fit keeps me from buying a product i like and wish to have."

"I really like these simple sandals. They are flat but have a bit of padding which makes them feel very comfortable for walking. They go with everything in my summer wardrobe. Fyre shoes are the best. They fit true to size and the description was very accurate."
