solid 4 to 4 1/2 outta 5
"So I have been sitting on buying for years. The cost and the unknown held me back. There are tiktoks devoted to sizing. I am an older adult in my late 50s and have age spread feet. I have thicker calves, not a think woman, but not overly fluffy. My calves are at the widest are 15 inches and I bought both mustard slouch, I bought the campus LR's and they fit JUST fine. I prefer the Campus over these because of the heal height, but these are sooo CUTE!. Rubber bottoms for stability, but not a walking around all day boot. The width are fine too. I have a thin boot sock on and wearing them around for the break in and it's not taking long. Hopefully this helps you decide. I've had Frye engineer boot and the shank squeaked and drove me to give them away, so I am aware of quality, but the leather smell is intoxicating. They come in a large well packaged boot box. One commenter said that the issue for them was the made in Mexico, but really, does it matter now? Even stuff made in the USA isn't that quality. Even boots made based on your measurements still fit within common parameters. Just buy them. I use the 40% coupon and got two great pairs of boots at fantastic price."

"Usual Frye quality! Stylish! Take care of the boots and they will last a very long time!"

These are beautiful and so
"These are beautiful and so soft. I am a very dependable 7. 5 but the heel is a little loose and toe box a little snug. Keeping them anyhow and got boot socks to hopefully help. Too gorgeous to return!"

"Very pretty. Too narrow to actually get on. I’m disappointed in the boot."

Poof customer service & defective construction
"The boots are beautiful but do not stand the test of time. One of the pull tabs on the side tore after only a few wears. This is not the quality I have come up except from Frye. To make matters worse this happened outside of the 30 day return window, because they were a Christmas gift from my husband. I have only worn them a few times. Frye refused to do anything to compensate. This is very disappointing customer service."

I sized up from 6
"I sized up from 6 to 6 1/2 after reading many, many reviews. It was a good call! They do slip a bit at the heels, but with thick socks it doesn't bother me. They're definitely chunky, clunky, and have not a bit of cushioning. I'm a "pain is beauty" type of shoe lover (not that they're painful), so once I wore them for a few hours around the office I was totally comfortable in them. Super cute style; can't wait to wear them with skirts, dresses, and jeans."

Love the boots but $498
"Love the boots but $498 is a lot of money! First pair came with dust bags and I had to return them for a different color. My second pair didn’t come with dust bags. Customer service first said they never had them. Second contact with customer service stated they may have had them but no longer have dust bags. Extremely disappointed because if you pay $498 they should have bags!!! Honestly think they sent me pair of boots that had been returned."
