"I have loved Frye for decades. I do not know what is going on with the current company. I ordered a 9.5 in this boot. I received an 8 the first time it shipped. The box said 9.5. Second time, I received an 8.5. The box said 9.5. I tried ONCE MORE. Just received size 8 boots in a 9.5 box. Waiting for reconciliation from the company. I know they're final sale, but this is your error."

"DO NOT BUY! Very disappointed, especially for a boot that costs nearly $400. The calf fit, but getting my foot and ankle into the boot was extremely difficult because of the way it is constructed. After reading the reviews, I saw multiple customers reporting the exact same issue, which suggests a design flaw rather than a simple sizing problem. What makes it worse is that the boot is final sale, so no returns or exchanges are allowed. If the company is aware of repeated complaints about the same fit issue, customers should at least be allowed to exchange for another size. At this price point, being stuck with a boot you cannot comfortably wear is unacceptable."
"I have NOT received my boots because the address was wrong and I tried to call your company and was assured it was going to the correct address. I’m disappointed with this experience and strongly believe that this company is NOT like it used to be. What a shame, Frye used to be a quality product but now it’s down graded"
"This is SUCH a BEAUTIFUL boot, perfect in every way other than we need a low heel regular version - NOT over the knee!! So make a over the knee and a regular height and we'll all be super happy and make it in lots of colors just like the Campus 14L!!"
"I can not give accurate feedback at this time as I have only worn them once. My concern after wearing them for awhile will be whether or not the leather will relax and give a little. Right now they are a bit stiff. I will say the style is very cute."

"…the shaft was too narrow for me. I was so bummed. Welp. I thought I’d try it, though I knew it might be a possibility. Quality construction, and sturdy leather. I just couldn’t fit the shaft of the boot, so it wouldn’t zip. The top is open, so that part wasn’t the problem. I’m not recommending this boot…. . only because I’m a thick girl and it didn’t fit; if you’re thin/slim ‘girl’…. then, it’ll work for you!!😆"
