"Love these boots! I got them in Black and Bourbon and returned the Black. Bourbon is the most gorgeous deep brown; the perfect neutral. And the brown leather is leagues nicer than what was used on the black pair. I would have preferred a cleaner line and could do without the hardware on top but it's not that bothersome. Overall, a really nice boot."
"I'm so bummed because these boots are absolutely gorgeous and unique and I really want to keep them, however, at their price point, I can't tolerate them being uncomfortable! I know eventually they'd break in, but they're really stiff! Love the color, height, and the way they fit my legs though. Just too uncomfortable *sigh*"
"Beautiful attempt at a low-heeled Campus boot but it was way too tall for me, coming up into the back of my knee joint. Very uncomfortable. I'm not a short person and usually order my boot jeans in at least a 33" length. The leather and color are absolutely gorgeous but I returned them because they were just way too tall. My mistake I suppose but I assumed they were like the campus 14 but with a lower heel. My mistake."

"Thank you for making a Campus boot with a zipper! I have high arches and can’t wear the traditional Campus and the wide calf version is too wide. This was JUST RIGHT. Beautiful boot and very comfortable."

"Dear Frye, You did it. You FINALLY did it! A true wide calf boot. I can't tell you how many pairs of ankle boots I've owned because nothing knee high by Frye ever fit my fat calves (which are somewhere between 17. 5-18. 5 inches in circumference). Added to this: a zipper! AND Goodyear welt! With a low heel! After 30 years of searching, I finally have the perfect boot. I always wanted a Campus boot (I'm of an age where I remember my friends wearing them in the 70s) but the boot shaft was too narrow. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"Lovely boot. The square heel doesn’t work for me and my heel slips in it. For the price, I want a perfect fit so I sent them back. Too bad because they are good, quality boots."
