"For such smooth, soft leather, I was worried that the boots would not have the structure to stay fitted around my calves. But, there is another leather interior layer that gives the structure and fit. The extra cushion in the footbed is a bonus! Highly recommend. Got a compliment on my first day in them."

"Beautiful quality of leather and boot shape. Heel could be a little narrower. I also bought a short pair of these same boots and the sole is leather. This pair the sole is a manmade material. Kind of confusing, I thought they were describing the manmade material on the surface of the heel like the short variety."
"These boots arrived and were not the dimensions stated on the website. When customer service was contacted, I was told that the dimensions on the description are for a size 6 boot and that the dimensions change with size. Really?! Nowhere on the website does it state this and since these were final sale, they will not take them back. Frye is selling products under false pretense and then refusing to provide a refund. VERY disappointed in Frye."
"Too big/too. small. Heel slides out. Rest of foot cramped. If I go wider I will walk out of the boot. Smaller toes would be cramped. Worst part, no exchange or refund"
