"I’ve had my last pair of Frye’s for nearly a decade. I’ve had them re-soled twice. They’re great boots. However, they were reaching the end of the line. I needed a new pair before a work trip and opted to go with a cheap pair while I decide on a more long-term solution. I knew that these were cheap - but the straps ripped the very first time I pulled them on 🤦 It’s one thing to offer a cheaper alternative. It’s another thing entirely to sell cheap, low quality shoes. These boots are really tarnishing what was otherwise a sterling reputation with me."

"I ordered these boots and they run smaller than expected. I submitted a return request and opted to go up a half a size. After I shipped the shoes back, I was told it was agaisnt policy to return them because they were final sale and customer service refused to exchange them for the next size, despite the return being accepted. I am no longer a Frye customer."

"Size runs quite a bit longer than expected and more room in the width than I would like in a Chelsea boot. Sole seems lower quality that I was expecting from Frye."

"Not as par with other Frye products. Shoes look good as always for Frye products but not the best feel to wear. Seude feels thin and the insoles are not close comfortable like my other Frye shoes. Was expecting better comfort from these."
