"I ordered these boots and they run smaller than expected. I submitted a return request and opted to go up a half a size. After I shipped the shoes back, I was told it was agaisnt policy to return them because they were final sale and customer service refused to exchange them for the next size, despite the return being accepted. I am no longer a Frye customer."

"Size runs quite a bit longer than expected and more room in the width than I would like in a Chelsea boot. Sole seems lower quality that I was expecting from Frye."
"Not as par with other Frye products. Shoes look good as always for Frye products but not the best feel to wear. Seude feels thin and the insoles are not close comfortable like my other Frye shoes. Was expecting better comfort from these."
