"I ordered this shoe thinking it was women. I filtered on women and then sale. Apparently it does not hold a double filter because the Conner came up with it is a final sale so I am stuck with it. It is a beautiful shoe. I love the women’s pair I received and when I called and explained and wanted to exchange as I only had them 5 minutes I was told, tobad final sale, so be careful. It was order number FRYE- 1180837. I would love to exchange for the ivy in brown"
"Bought these on May 7, 2026. After only one wearing, I noticed that the shoes had stained my yellow socks black. Frye will not accept a return for a full refund because these were marked "Final Sale. " The shoes were never wet nor subject to perspiration. I would get their position if I simply did not like the styling or fit, but these clearly have a defect in manufacturing."
"So below is my review from earlier. Frye makes it sound like they are going to do right but they do not. The shoe is a wonderful shoe. My issue is with their filtering system. When you press women’s it takes you to women’s shoe, then I filter on sale. Lo and behold it bring you back to all shoes which I was unaware of. I was thinking I was buying women’s shoes and I ended up with men’s shoes. I just wanted to exchange for the women’s shoes as it was not my fault as I thought I was buying women’s shoes. They showed up men’s shoes. I wrote the review below. They commented like they were going to help but it was a to bad for you, I ordered this shoe thinking it was women. "I have the light grey suede loafers and the saddle Brown leather loafers. I love them both! I have a narrow foot so these loafers fit me like a glove. They are very comfortable and have a nice classy look and are very high qaulity. I bought them to wear with shorts. I wear a 10. 5 shoe and the size 10 shoe is perfect! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟"

"Very narrow toe box"
"Very well made product that fit true to size. A comfortable shoe that I was able to wear without socks as is my preference without getting any blisters. I will say the chocolate color is one or two shades darker than appear in the photo on this site, but I'm hoping they'll fade just a little over time as I liked the more caramel color the site portrayed. Overall very satisfied!"
