"I have had many pairs of Frye shoes that I loved and fit perfectly. These are sloppy large- an entire finger able to fit behind my heal. Polite customer service but no result. Frye claims they are not responsible for shipping issues- long story -but now they will not take them back or refund my money. $200 wasted for nothing."

"Both the woven ballet shoe and the Mule were beautiful! The sizing chart was helpful and I ordered according to it however the Mule was still too large. Normally a 8 1/2 -9 and ordered a 9 1/2. I exchanged the Mule for a Milly in a size 9 and the exchange process was seamless. Live chat was responsive and helpful."
