Mishandled by Frye Customer Service technology
"Mixed emotions about writing this review, because I have been a loyal Frye customer for many years, however their customer service was recently an epic fail and they accepted no responsibility. I was given incorrect direction by their automated customer service attendant, or AI tech. Put through many unnecessary actions which wasted hours of my time and money. When eventually handled by a live person after several escalations, I was told the AI tech did not interpret their policy fully to me and I was not allowed to do the exchange for a smaller size that the AI tech directed me to process. I have no problem with the policy, rather this was a case of mishandling the customer through use of automated customer service technology. You can do better Frye. Be accountable."
