Boot soul came off in less than three months!
"I bought these boots in mid October. I initially loved them and then in under 3 months the soul of one boot came undone! I contacted customer support and was told that there is nothing that can be done, "it appears that the wear on your boots is because of frequency, type of wear, or the surfaces it was used on. " I WORE THESE maybe twice a week for less than three months on normal sidewalk surfaces. Are these boots actually made for use??? This is more money than I typically spend on shoes but I thought it would be worth it and they would last a long time. I am very unhappy with the boots and the customer service. I will not be shopping here again and warn family and friends about this."
