"I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Frye, which is known for high quality leather goods. I have worn this boot twice before the front pad of the sole came away from the boot. There is currently no warranty and return options that allow for a replacement of the defective product. Instead, they offer suggestions of cobblers to take the boots to. Again, extremely disappointed in Frye and the leather boot quality."
"The fit was very odd, i am usually a size 9. The everything fit except for the back which my heel was coming in and out of as I walked. If I would have gone down a size the front of the shoe would have been too tight. And going up would have still made my heal go up and down. Otherwise it looked nicely made."
"So… I ordered 2 pairs of boots- brand new and received these. I paid for expedited shipping due to needing them for vacation. I pair was perfect. This pair- not so much. I received these scuffed, the heel separating, and grass stuck in the heel - disgusting for a $200+ pair of boots. We will see what Frye does to rectify this (so far they paid for the return- we’ll see if I get them before my vacation). I have purchased many pairs of Frye boots/shoes but always from a sticks & bricks, hoping they make it right. So disappointed."

"Purchased these and based on reviews worried that it would not work for my wide calves. I learned too late that they were a pull on and not a side zip situation. I tried it on upon receiving them fully expecting to return. Went on without any issue and just looked stunning! Perfect clean aesthetic I love the quality and unblemished appearance of the leather."
