"I first purchased this boot without the zipper from another store and had to return them because I couldn’t get my foot past the heel. I loved them so much that when I saw them with the zipper I knew I had to order them. Received them and they fit perfectly. P"
"I love the look of this boot. I ordered large calf which worked for one boot but the other boot was super tight. I don’t know what the difference was. These will take time to break them in so they are comfortable. Don’t mind taking the time because I plan on keeping them for a long time."
"I’m so disappointed! I own nine other pairs of Frye Boots and these are nothing like the other ones that I own. The leather was thin and shiny and looked synthetic not at all what I would’ve expected. I will say the wide calf was certainly wide, I could stick four fingers in the shaft…. If you’re looking for an overpriced, synthetic looking, true wide calf, this is it."
"I have had these boots for three months and do find them comfortable and enjoy them. However, the sole has separated from the boot itself. Upon looking at it carefully, it was obviously defective. Though I contacted customer service several times, they refused to do anything about. It was very poor customer service and they have lost a customer."

"I am a long supporter of Frye! When I saw these boots, I loved the color. The color is a true brown. I own over 30 pairs of Frye boots and all of they’re been boots are more of a tobacco brown. Beautiful but not a true brown. Unfortunately, these will be going back as the Frye quality is missing. They look and feel cheap! The leather looks and feels like vinyl. Unimpressed. Do better"
