Nice, but. . . . .
"I bought this bag for my wife almost exactly 9 months ago. For 8 months, it was amazing. Last month, the pin allowing for free movement of the shoulder strap wore sufficiently that it will not stay connected in the loop in which it would normally rest. The problem is clearly one of manufacturing if the bag's hardware fails from normal use in 8 months. I contacted customer service for support and was informed that Frey has a 30 day return policy for items purchased on the site and no warranty or service program. Fortunately, the bag was purchased at Dillards. They reviewed the circumstances and agreed to take care of the situation if Frye did not. Ultimately, they issued store credit which we immediately used to purchase a similar bag from a quality competitor. Frye bags are beautiful and come at premium price. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to include premium service. Honestly, your bag will probably be fine. My advice would be to be careful where you buy it if you expect help if it's not ok."
