Very disappointed
"I purchased the Melissa purse in December and 2 weeks ago the strap came loose on one side of the bag. I reached out to customer service and was told that they don't do repairs and that I would need to take it to a leather store or cobbler for repairs. . . no offer of reimbursement for the repairs either. I feel that after spending 200 on the purse and 100 for a wallet, they should be responsible for the strap literally falling off on one side. I dropped the purse in a wet parking lot and things that were in the front pocket, ie; my cell phone, came out landing on same wet parking lot scratching the screen. I love Frye products and this is the worst of very few issues I've ever had with all of the bags, boots, jeans that I've received over the years, but still an issue and now the bag is useless to me. Alot of money for 2 months of use."
