It keeps everything in front of you This one is a perfect size for the essentials: sunglasses, reading glasses , phone, small items The color is rich and beautiful I’ll have this with me for years to come"
"Well, I ordered the purse on 12/2/25 as a birthday gift for my wife. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/9/25. It is currently 12/26/25, the birthday has passed and I still haven’t received the purse. Customer support has been no help. They keep telling me that it’s a UPS issue. That’s not my problem though. Asked for a manager to call me and still haven’t heard a word. I’ve been buying Frye purses and boots for my wife for 20 years. Guess that’s over now."

"I purchased this pretty handbag back in January. It is Sept and now the trim is coming off in several spots falling apart. Frye told me they do not warranty their products. It’s sad they do not stand behind their products we pay so much for. I don’t even carry it daily. Pitiful."
"I have 5 or 6 Melissa crossbody bags from Frye. All excellent quality in terms of leather and construction. This one that I just purchased is different. Although I plan to keep it, the leather and construction aren’t the best quality. Must have been why it was on sale. Thanks."
