"These shoes run a little big so size up! I was sad because I bought them on final sale (I have purchased several other Frye's this way with no problem) but because these ones are big I won't really be able to wear them. . . also, the velcro is a little hard to open. But otherwise they are comfy and cute."

"I got these in black and they're pretty comfy so I wear them all the time. . . I am too lazy for laces. I am normally a size 8. 5/39, but sometimes wear an 8 in sandals or loafers, and I sized down to an 8 in these after having a chat with Frye peeps and the 8 fits. Because they went on sale I ordered them in white, and tbh they are giving granny vibes. I will have to be intentional about styling them, or just not give darn. The white ones aren't as comfortable as my black ones, but maybe that's just case I wore in the black ones, so maybe they do have a minor break-in period. Not tons of padding in the sole, but enough to get through a normal day with a bit of walking around. A solid shoe overall."

"This company sucks. I’ve been a professional stylist for years. I bought a pair of 7. 5 shoes. They were massive… like nearly a size 9. I took a picture to support my evidence…. And sent it to headquarters. I only requested to exchange them for a smaller size so I can actually wear them… and they refused. They couldn’t give a shit about their customers. Just another corporate greedy company that could care less about the people who actually have to represent their brand. I can’t wear the shoes and I refuse to purchase or spend another $100 pair of shoes that may or may not fit. I couldn’t be more disappointed and I would highly recommend to not purchase from Frye going forward."

"Excellent quality shoes because they are genuine leather. I typically wear a size 6. 5 to 7 depending on the style of shoes. These are a narrow fit but a good TTS fit of size 6. 5. I have found that lower quality brands I typically have to go up to size 7 for a good fit. I do have a narrow foot but not narrow enough that I have to order specifically narrow shoes. These fit great at my size 6. 5. So if you are an in between size person 6. 5 has just the right length but if you want more toebox room you might order size 7."
