"I paid a lot of money for these boots and yes, they were “on sale” but not THAT MUCH from original price, and they were way too big, even with thick wool socks when I tried one boot on so I immediately clicked the QR code inside the box to exchange, and they’re not eligible to exchange or return because they were on “final sale”!!! WHAT?!? Worst customer service ever!! The only option is to go on another site connected to Frye, to try to put my boots up for sale??? What kind of company is this? I will never recommend to another customer and WILL be telling everyone about my experience!"

"I have been wearing Frye boots since the 70's. I love the harness boot, but there is no traction for the winter months here in Chicago. So I ordered one of the only women's model with a lug sole. . . not even a Vibram, which I prefer. The leather is so inferior; I am returning them asap. The toe styling is also weak~there is nothing great about this boot."
