Shoes are different sizes

"First time ordering from Frye. The sandals are different sizes in the fabric/leather upper (that keeps a foot in the sandal). The left sandal is fine, however the right sandal is noticeably larger/wider in the upper part, causing the sandal to slap the sole of my foot and making it very difficult to walk. I would return however I purchased them on final sale, so apparently they’re not eligible for returns…. so I’m stuck with shoes that won’t work for anybody. Last time ordering from this company unless someone from customer services reaches out to me."

One sandal noticeably larger than the other

"My first time ordering from Frye. One sandal is much larger in the top fabric/leather, so my foot slides too far forward, thereby making it really difficult to walk. It also causes the sandal to slap up against the sole of my foot, so it’s laughable to hear my right foot making a slapping sound. The sandals were on final sale, so I can’t return them. This is the last time I order from Frye, unless they reach out to me to accept the return."

Never Received

"I was so excited for these shoes, but unfortunately they never came! Even more unfortunately I have gotten absolutely no help from customer service. My call granted no resolution and my online claim has gotten no response after weeks. I love Frye products, but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I would love to hear from them for a resolution. If I ever get the shoes I’ll let you know how they are :)"

Never received the shoes

"I never received these shoes. I ordered them more than 3 weeks ago and the tracking still says that UPS is waiting to receive the package"

Pretty platforms

"They run big, but fortunately my daughter is a 1/2 size up, so I sent a picture explaining and asked if she would like them. She said “yes please” I ordered another pair 1/2 size down. Now we both are happy with our new pretty platforms."
