Great shoes, terrible service
"This is the 6th or 7th pair of shoes/boots I've purchased for my wife from Frye. In this particular case, like each time before, I ordered a size 8 and was delivered a size 5. 5. Frye informed me that since they were sale items, they could not be returned or exchanged. I tried the online chat, calling and waiting forever, never reaching a rep and requesting a callback via their system and none ever happened. The chat bot said that I would be contacted by a supervisor and I was never contacted. Now they've just gone silent. This was not ordering a half size too large or too small, it was an error by Frye (try placing something in your cart and refreshing the page and watch the size go back to the smallest size available). No matter, they won't make it right. I ordered another pair and they arrived in the correct size 8. My wife loves the shoes as she has for all the others from Frye, but the service is terrible and this will be the last time I order from them. Anyone need a size 5. 5 in these shoes? I have a pair that I've paid for that are free to a good home."
