"I wear a 9. 5, ordered a 9. 5, same size as my other Frye shoes, and these shoes will not fit on my feet. "Customer service" offered a lovely tutorial on shoe fit instead of actual support and suggested I stick to full-price shoes. She also recommended I sell the ill-fitting shoes on their exchange site. No, thank you, then someone else has purchased shoes that probably don't fit. I would rather caution others but have no idea what size these actually are because evidently Frye (the shoe company) can't properly label. . . shoes. One thing is definitely true: This was my "FINAL SALE" ever from Frye."

I wish I could give

"I wish I could give no stars but it seems like at least one is required. I have wide feet so it was my mistake buying shoes that are not wide, however, have never had an issue getting shoes on my feet even one’s that are not wide. These loafers were so narrow that I couldn’t even get my foot into them. No amount of stretching would have worked so I tried to return them. I paid $140 for them so I was shocked when I tried to return them and found out that they were on final sale and could not be returned! The final sale print was so small and who sells shoes on final sale for $140! They should have been discounted if they were final sale. I am not happy with this company or their product and I will not be buying anything tom then again."

Made In India Garbage!

"Horrible fit! Super tight around foot… a strain to get on… BUT loose in the back heel area!! Made in India garbage! Frye boots made in Mexico were the best… comfortable and well made. The Frye company had resorted to making their boots in India to cut costs I’m assuming and it shows in the fit and comfort of their shoes. This is the second pair of boots/shoes I’ve received that are made in India and which the fit is horrible!! Used to be a loyal customer of Frye but they have resorted to Final Sale policies on these India made shoes… no doubt to avoid returns due to horrible fit! DO NOT buy… I will never return to buying Frye boots again!"

Wtf are these frye

"I own probably 7 pairs of Frye shoes in completely different styles. I am SO MAD about these. First, they do not look like they look in the photo. There is no variation in the color like the photo leads you to believe. Second and most important: this is the worst shoe I’ve ever had to get into. Whoever designed these needs to be fired. Once they’re on, they’re fine but getting them on is so hard! I am so disappointed. These are final sale and while I will say they are TECHNICALLY true to size, you will feel like they are 3 sizes too small trying to get into them. I will take one for the team and post photos but I’m not taking them off. Now I’m stuck in them so I can stretch out the top."

Beautiful shoes but extremely narrow.

"Beautiful shoes but extremely narrow. This is my foifth pair of Frye shoes and I've always ordered a size 10. I could not get my foot past the vamp on this pair of loafers. I had to buy leather shoe spray and used that with a shoe stretcher three times, and they are still too tight. Hopefully a cobbler can help loosen them a bit more because they're really nice shoes (and final sale, so I can't return or exchange)."

DO NOT BUY! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

"I have owned over 2 dozen pairs of Frye shoes (Clogs and Loafers) over the years. They have always been my favorite shoes, not to mention how many handbags I own by Frye. I ordered my standard size that ALL my other shoes are 8. 5M in the Reylee Loafer in both Black and Walnut under Final Sale and could not be more disappointed. These shoes are extremely small and narrow. I can't get my foot in either pair. Now I am stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that cannot be returned or exchanged. Looks like Frye has lost a lifetime customer."

"The shoes I received do not look like picture. There is not dark/black to lighter shading at the toe and heel but, because they were a final sale item, I can't return them. I specifically wanted the ombre-style color and am very disappointed that a brand like Frye would have such deceptive advertising."
