Terrible Heel Soles

"The boots are great looking and great fitting. But…. I wore these boots for the first time for 2 hours, shopping at Costco and then Aldi’s. When o got home I noticed the heels were already fraying already. Quite surprised because I have many boots and this has never happened before. I emailed customer service and here is a snippet of their reply: “the wear appears to be consistent with contact against an abrasive service rather than manufacturing defect…marked as Final Sale, which means it is not eligible for return or exchange and the boots have already been worn. ” Not happy with the quality at all. Buyer beware. If walking from my car, through a parking lot and then into a store, twice that morning, wears on a heel like that, they sure as heck better look into the material used on these soles. It does not feel like rubber, which is on my other expensive boots, and more like plastic. I purchased some sole savers from Amazon which will be a repeating temporary fix until I go to a cobbler."

Very Disappointed

"We ordered and received the Sacha in size 8. The size is way off. These run at least a half size smaller than normal This is most likely why they are on final sale. Frye unwilling to accept for a swap of a larger size. It's very unfortunate as we have been a long time Frye customer but we will think twice before ordering anything further. Numerous other manufacturers have similar products. Shop around don't just assume Frye will fit properly."

Beautiful boots but I wore

"Beautiful boots but I wore them once and the heels are already wearing down."

Buyer Beware

"Frye got scammy since I last purchased from them. I have multiple other Frye boots, all 7. 5. These seem like false advertising and are definitely not a 7. 5. Will not be buying here again. Buyer beware. Out $150."

These boots are not size 7. 5

"I am so disappointed in the booties. I have 4 pairs of Frye Boots and they are all size 7. 5 and they fit perfectly. So I ordered 7. 5 and they don't fit. They are way to small. I read all the reviews before purchasing and I didn't see where anyone had a problem with the size being to small. So now I'm out $200. And I have to waste my time trying to get rid of them. I'm so upset. I will never do this again."

Beware: Boot Runs Very Small

"I bought this item on a final sale. I have multiple other Frye boots, all size 7. 5. I could not fit this boot on my foot. Out $200. Buyer beware."

Super cute bootie. The color

"Super cute bootie. The color is a little bit lighter in real life. I ordered a size that I always order in Frye booties and this one felt a bit smaller, maybe because of the smaller toe box. Still love them!"
