"These are really nice boots, soft leather, nice silhouette, and good color. The boots fit true to size though the measurement for the shaft size is off, they are larger than they say. They easily slide over a larger than 14. 3" calf circumference."
"I LOVE these boots and was able to wear them immediately for walking without issue. I ordered them in black and am really thinking about coming back for brown while they are still available. As usual with Frye, the leather quality is wonderful. I was a little hesitant, given the reviews about the sizing as I am wider across the toe box, but I normally wear a 10 and the 10 fit perfectly. I have about a dozen other pairs of Frye boots, both pointy-toed and rounder-toed, high and low heel, and they have always fit me true to size. My calf is 17. 5 at it's widest and I was able to wear these comfortably over jeans."
"Beautiful > Leather was soft but held it's firmness > Size was right on, I usually wear a 10 but the 11 hit the mark in the narrowless area of the toe, Love the half side zipper easy on easy off, calves were wide but will work with pants / legging / heavy socks / tights. For me it works. . Definitely will buy from Frye again. Thank you"

"Boots did not fit to your size chart. I found out there are no returns. Great policy!!!! Never would recommend your company!! You may have a nice product but your sizing chart is off and not be able to return. Terrible. Then to pour salt in the wound you tell me you can resell them for me and give me a gift card to by another one of your products. I will always be talking about this experience and your policy! Merry Christmas"

The customer service was awful; I wanted a larger size and they refused to help me, even though I had bought two pairs of boots. I do not recommend buying from their official store."

"These boots are nice. I think you can dress them up or down. The wide calf option is great and makes getting into these boots less painful. Quality is great. I think the sizing is just right. I got these on sale, which was a plus. I can't wait to wear them."
