"They are okay, but be warned, they do not look the way they do in the pictures in reality. The shaft of the boot is really floppy, no matter how much you adjust the buckle. The photos give the appearance that the boot has a stiff shaft. I tried to love mine for about a year, but in conclusion. . . ridiculous given the price-point."
"Love these boots! Frye consistently delivers high quality timeless boots. Leather and detailing is beautiful and fits true to size. They look amazing with barrel jeans, bootcut, skinny as well as skirts and dresses. But above it all, the company is top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and realized it just as I clicked submit order. I immediately emailed customer support and within a couple minutes an actual person responded, They were so kind and helpful, like real genuine care. They were able to get me the color boots that I had wanted, even by Christmas. I was just blown away by their customer service and am a Frye customer for life."
"My previous Frye was made of much better quality. I was expecting leather to be of similar quality to my in store purchase. These are more like weather boot. Also, logo on buckle of previous boot said Frye. These don’t appear to be Frye quality. I would not purchase Frye boots on line again. Picture does not match product."

"Beautiful boots and great customer service to help fix a shipping issue. Unfortunately I used the “find my size” tool and it told me size 9 was the right fit. The boots are HUGE and not wearable even with 2 pairs of thick wool socks. It’s a final sale and I can’t even exchange for a smaller size. I am out $200 and stuck with boots I can’t wear. Extremely disappointed."
"Received my new boots only a few shirt days after ordering. UPS delivered when I was at the barn. Put them on right there! Fed cows & horses. Wore them all day to feed livestock, tractor work, housework & evening feeding. Didn’t have a foot pain all day in a brand new pair of boots! Amazing. Left ankle broke some years ago & have swelling in that foot daily. These boots have ample room but enough support for that weak ankle. Have shirt, fat feet & usually struggle with that—no problem with these boots. Just wish they had pull straps—mule ears maybe😆🤣😂"
"I was unaware I could not exchange product if the size was wrong - and that is why I do not like to buy shoes on line. Customer service could do nothing. The product is still on the web site - you just do not want to be bothered. Never worn."

"The boots were too long and not wide enough for my older foot “wide toe box” needs. Was not able to return them, as they were on sale and I did not see the return policy before purchasing. I love Frye, but an overall disappointing experience."
