"The boots are beautiful but do not stand the test of time. One of the pull tabs on the side tore after only a few wears. This is not the quality I have come up except from Frye. To make matters worse this happened outside of the 30 day return window, because they were a Christmas gift from my husband. I have only worn them a few times. Frye refused to do anything to compensate. This is very disappointing customer service."

"I sized up from 6 to 6 1/2 after reading many, many reviews. It was a good call! They do slip a bit at the heels, but with thick socks it doesn't bother me. They're definitely chunky, clunky, and have not a bit of cushioning. I'm a "pain is beauty" type of shoe lover (not that they're painful), so once I wore them for a few hours around the office I was totally comfortable in them. Super cute style; can't wait to wear them with skirts, dresses, and jeans."
"Love the boots but $498 is a lot of money! First pair came with dust bags and I had to return them for a different color. My second pair didn’t come with dust bags. Customer service first said they never had them. Second contact with customer service stated they may have had them but no longer have dust bags. Extremely disappointed because if you pay $498 they should have bags!!! Honestly think they sent me pair of boots that had been returned."
"HORRIBLE. I’m sorry everyone must have lied or fell for the “luxury” or Frye. The most uncomfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet. They arrived horribly. They were creased already. I’m so disappointed after spending this much money. Just hoping I can save a person from purchasing. I’m so in shock. They are also super narrow!!!!"
"Uncomfortable boot. I don't have a difficult to fit foot, generally a size 11M fits me in all shoe brands no problem. I even have two pairs of Frye boots, more wedge type booties, but still Frye brand. I love them and they fit great. This boot is narrow through the end of my foot, squeezing around the ball part of my foot. It also seems longer and my ankle slides up and down a little in it. I can tell it would rub blisters. The suede is gorgeous and the color is beautiful but the fit is awful. And I can't even return it or exchange it for something I would wear since it was on sale! Boo! How does it fit? They run"
"I have been wanted these exact boots. Was contemplating the 14L but already glad that I went with the 12r. I really love the price. I normally always get a 9 in the Frye boots but I sized up to a 91/2 based on reviews. I probably could have went with a 9 but with a 91/2, I can wear thicker socks."

"Have multiple campus 14L, these 12R are a nice addition. Sturdy boot, a little stiffer in foot bed and heel area than the campus. Hoping they will soften. Doesn't slouch as much as depicted but that doesn’t bother me. Purchased these olive ones on Frye website under their lightly used, resale items. They are in great condition. Like new. Very pleased. I’m a solid 6, TTS"
