"I'm not sure why my recent order is under my deceased husbands name. I would appreciate it corrected going forward. I wasn't as happy with the chosen heal height and wanted to exchange them for the mule with the higher heal. I was told I could not return or exchange them since they were a sale item. Super disappointed since there was no indication they were on sale when I ordered them. I've been a long time fan of Frye. Have been wearing them years."
"I read all the reviews and chose to 1/2 size up. This is risky on a final sale item. The mule arrived, smooth quality leather with unique western detail. It’s not an extreme point toe like some western boots but is narrow NOT narrow enough to warrant a size up IF your foot is narrow-medium. I’ll stuff the toes to sure up the heel gap. Worthy purchase and a great deal, staple item. DO NOT size up if you are a narrow-medium width."
"Believe the reviews! Go up a FULL SIZE. I know, this sounds crazy. I’m always a 7. I ordered a 7 1/2 and they are barely wearable. I love them! I’m breaking them in and they just barely cover my back heel now. I absolutely should have ordered an 8. I’m sure this is why they are such a steal! Don’t be scared, order a full size up and these will be your favorite shoes. I wear them to work and out to the bar with jeans. They are the perfect heel height."
"They are a nice product well made but I ordered a 1/2 size larger to be safe, being it's a final sale, the 9M is too small. I have a pair of mules from another company and they are a 8 1/2 M and are very comfortable for my feet. So beware!!!"
"I received these today and tried them on. They are too short. I ordered my normal size 8. 5. My heels hit the ridge on the back of the shoe. I also did not know this was a final sale. This seems deceptive to sell shoes without the possibility of return when they haven't been worn at all and I have all of the original packaging."
"I am a size 5 1/2 or 6. These Luna mules are so tight. Very uncomfortable and can not be exchanged 😥Size 6 is like a 5"
"The Luna Mule is very cheaply made and you must size up. Trying to return/ get my money back and it’s not easy. Never again."
"I had the same experience as other customers. The shoes run at least one full size too small, and the company refused to exchange them even though they were never worn. Very disappointing."
