"I read all the reviews and chose to 1/2 size up. This is risky on a final sale item. The mule arrived, smooth quality leather with unique western detail. It’s not an extreme point toe like some western boots but is narrow NOT narrow enough to warrant a size up IF your foot is narrow-medium. I’ll stuff the toes to sure up the heel gap. Worthy purchase and a great deal, staple item. DO NOT size up if you are a narrow-medium width."
"Believe the reviews! Go up a FULL SIZE. I know, this sounds crazy. I’m always a 7. I ordered a 7 1/2 and they are barely wearable. I love them! I’m breaking them in and they just barely cover my back heel now. I absolutely should have ordered an 8. I’m sure this is why they are such a steal! Don’t be scared, order a full size up and these will be your favorite shoes. I wear them to work and out to the bar with jeans. They are the perfect heel height."
"I received these today and tried them on. They are too short. I ordered my normal size 8. 5. My heels hit the ridge on the back of the shoe. I also did not know this was a final sale. This seems deceptive to sell shoes without the possibility of return when they haven't been worn at all and I have all of the original packaging."

"I am giving this transaction one star because I was not aware that this purchase was final sale and could not be returned. I would never knowingly purchase a pair of shoes without the option to return them, as shoe fit can vary significantly from one style to another. The no-return policy was not clear to me during the purchasing process, and I was very disappointed to learn that I had no recourse once the shoes arrived. As a result, I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit. I have no interest in spending my time trying to resell them for a fraction of what I paid. I would rather put my energy into giving them away to someone who can actually use them. This experience has taught me that when it comes to shoes, I need to shop in person where I can try them on before purchasing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I am unlikely to purchase from Frye again."
