"These shoes are very stylish and comfortable. For those reasons I would rate 5 stars. However, within a week of wearing them, the sole came apart. I immediately contacted customer service with a photo by email and haven't received a response yet (it has been a week). Very disappointing. This is the first time I have ordered from Frye and the poor quality and lack of response from customer service is not likely to make me a repeat customer."
"I gave these as a gift to my daughter in law. She wore 3 times and the sole was delaminating from the shoe & they were very scuffed up. I spoke with your customer service & explained the situation. They merely sent an email response they would do nothing because it was a final sale, I see others complained about the same quality issues. You responded you would reach out to them. Doing nothing is not good for your brand, I hope you can help make this right"
"Awesome bootie! Easy on and off with the zipper. Very comfortable and they have excellent arch support. Dressy or casual which I love. I wear them about every other day."
"Unhappy customer. The size calculator suggested I size up. A simple 1/2 size bigger. The boots are unbearably huge. Final sale can’t exchange for a size down. Horrible customer service experience. Never will support Frye again."

"Frye must have the worst return policy ever. I bought these for my wife for Christmas and they don't fit like her other Frye boots and because it's final sale we are stuck with unwearable boots. Why put it on final sale if you HAVE to be stuck with something you don't like or can't wear?!! Shame on you for screwing people like this."

"These boots are good for exactly what they are- a moto bootie. These will make a practical fashion statement for girls who ride and want to promote a biker chick persona. With a rubber sole, they will protect your feet from wet surfaces and hard pavement. They run at least half size large and lean towards masculinity."
