"The delivery box received semi-smashed. There wad no Fry product box in the delivery box. The leather near the stitches were wrinkled. The product and the delivery were pretty bad. I have to return the product."

"This was my DREAM Frye bag. I have been a fan of Frye for over a decade. Just received it and one of my favorite details was the striped interior as shown in the pictures above. The bag I received had a plain off white lining with no stripes. Contacted customer service and was told to email a picture of the inside of the bag. Customer service told me I could return the bag and pay $12 for the prepaid label. I responded that I shouldn’t have to pay any money for their discrepancy and have been ignored ever since. Just dissatisfied with the misleading pictures of the product and lack of response from the company."
