"This company sucks. I’ve been a professional stylist for years. I bought a pair of 7. 5 shoes. They were massive… like nearly a size 9. I took a picture to support my evidence…. And sent it to headquarters. I only requested to exchange them for a smaller size so I can actually wear them… and they refused. They couldn’t give a shit about their customers. Just another corporate greedy company that could care less about the people who actually have to represent their brand. I can’t wear the shoes and I refuse to purchase or spend another $100 pair of shoes that may or may not fit. I couldn’t be more disappointed and I would highly recommend to not purchase from Frye going forward."

Nice high quality leather shoes

"Excellent quality shoes because they are genuine leather. I typically wear a size 6. 5 to 7 depending on the style of shoes. These are a narrow fit but a good TTS fit of size 6. 5. I have found that lower quality brands I typically have to go up to size 7 for a good fit. I do have a narrow foot but not narrow enough that I have to order specifically narrow shoes. These fit great at my size 6. 5. So if you are an in between size person 6. 5 has just the right length but if you want more toebox room you might order size 7."

"I got these in an 8. 5 which is my size in pretty consistently every type of shoe. Sometimes an 8 will fit me but I should have listened to Jenny’s review and ordered the 7. 5 and now I cannot return it due to this item being a Final Sale item. I was so looking forward to having these in my closet. :("

"Really comfortable right out the box and look they great! Ordered my regular Frye size of 6. 5 and overall they fit but were pretty roomy in the front. Tried a 6 but they were too small, so stuck with the 6. 5. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I needed to get insoles to fill up some space."
