So cute

"Very cute from the start, exactly what I was looking for. The ankle strap rubs a bit so that may take some time to get used to."

Not sure

"So cute, I mean. . wow. But like others said, the ankle strap moves and they run big. Maybe with some alterations they could work better but it is a bit of miss on these for me. TBH tho they are so cute I might be willing to over look the errors for the sake of fashion"

"I purchased the Joy Ankle Strap Platform in clay and I absolutely love them, I’ve gotten so many compliments! They’re so comfortable, the lower heel is perfect. I can wear these with anything casual. So cute! The Frye Company is one of my very favorite brands to buy stylish, well made shoes and boots!"

"Beautiful shoes but they rubbed the tops of my toes raw."

Design misses the mark

"I had high expectations for this shoe. The quality is great like all my Frye shoes. However, the design didn't take into consideration that one has to walk in it. The ankle straps are not fixed, move at every step rubbing the ankle. Adding a loop and maybe a bit of a hight for a better angle would have helped. Unfortunately I used them outside for the first time as they looked comfortable, so I cant return them. A waste of $150 out the window. Very disappointing."

Great shoe but they run BIG!

"Soft, pretty, very different from the same old thing you see every day! I’m usually a 9.5, which is what I ordered despite the quiz telling me I’d wear a 10. Also not enough holes to buckle firmly at the ankle. And a little wide. So, overall: It’s too big even for the size marked!!! I actually need a 9 so I’ll be returning. For reference, generally I’m a 10, sometimes 9.5, never a US 9 except maybe certain flip flops. These definitely run large."
