"I am giving this transaction one star because I was not aware that this purchase was final sale and could not be returned. I would never knowingly purchase a pair of shoes without the option to return them, as shoe fit can vary significantly from one style to another. The no-return policy was not clear to me during the purchasing process, and I was very disappointed to learn that I had no recourse once the shoes arrived. As a result, I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit. I have no interest in spending my time trying to resell them for a fraction of what I paid. I would rather put my energy into giving them away to someone who can actually use them. This experience has taught me that when it comes to shoes, I need to shop in person where I can try them on before purchasing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I am unlikely to purchase from Frye again."

Sized incorrectly- runs at least 1 size plus small
"Finally bought a pair of the black mules. VERY disappointed upon arrival, these don't fit at all, they run 1 to 1. 5 sizes small, perhaps more. I read the reviews and reviewed the size chart in detail. Now I am stuck with these, as it's a final sale. My size is a true 9. 5, although i often size up to 10 when the shoes have a pointy toe. I bought a size 10 in these mules but my foot overhangs in the vack significantly. Background: I own 2 other pairs of Fry boots, both in a 9. 5 and they fit great. I also own many other boots and booties and 10 is NEVER too small. These are grossly mis-sized. Really disappointing."
