"I ordered the size I always get from Frye, but one heel slips out every step, even with heel inserts. They feel like they fit my foot funny, and I can't walk down the hall at school without constant squeaking. They are not as comfortable as the others I have had."

"I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The shoes I received are way too large, and because they were a final sale, I can’t even return them. On top of that, the Melissa Snap Card Wallet I ordered came in the wrong color. I specifically ordered Ink, but I was sent Steel instead. I was told the wallet would “get darker over time,” but that doesn’t change the fact that I just received it and it’s not the color I paid for. And again, because it’s a final sale, I’m stuck with it. This is incredibly frustrating, PO and unacceptable. I don't think I would recommend Frye to anyone, I used to go to the mail, or to a live store but all of them are closed."
