True to size, but I'm

"True to size, but I'm not impressed with the rubber/plastic soles. It doesn't look like they're even stitched on the sole because the stitches look like they're moulded. What happened to the leather soles and craftsmanship? I've always been a fan of Frye boots because I have rheumatoid arthritis, and now I'm not sure what to do."

They suck! Made in India

"They suck! Made in India garbage. Super tight in front and huge/lose in heel and toes."

Made in India!!

"I’ve been buying Frye boots for a long time and their boots—made in Mexico— have been amazing! Always cushiony with a perfect fit (although sometimes requiring a bit of breaking in). I just received these Veronica flex combat boots (Final Sale) and found out they are made in India. Gave this the benefit of the doubt and tried them on. BUT oh boyyy, they are NOT made the same as the ones made in Mexico—-these are kind of flat-footed and seem to have no arch support. The Mexican made boots have been great with providing arch support. And the flat foot boot offers no cushion—as the Mexican made ones do. They also run big where my heel slips and sure I’ll get a blister from that rubbing. But the boot feels tight at the front before the toes… and toe area is big again!! Horrible! Sadly, my Frye boot era has come to an end because they are not made with the same quality. Very disappointed in these boots."

I got the antique brown

"I got the antique brown and these are not leather. They are not even wearable b/c they are so stiff and they will not break in since they’re not leather. This is false advertising. I bought these on sale and now they will not return them. I was a loyal Frye customer and this is extremely disappointing."

Disappointed

"Beautiful boots I’ve had my eyes on them for years treated myself as they were on sale. I understood sale items are none returnable. I love the boots, but they are too big. I ordered my standard size. FryeI said sorry but we can’t exchange them. now I have boots that are beautiful but too big for me. What’s a girl to do? dear fry company if you reconsider, I would be very pleased. They are still in the box."

Disappointed

"I bought a 2nd pair of Frye boots because I loved my 1st pair (9)so much and they died. I was recently resized to 9. 5, so thats what I ordered with this boot. I understand there's a wear in period, but the top of my right foot and right ankle were in pain. I didn't feel this pain during the day, only later after I took the boots off. Also, they are so squeaky. God awful. I'm so disappointed. These were finally sale, so I'm stuck. Hoping they'll eventually break in."

I really hate that you

"I really hate that you aren't able to exchange for a different size if the item is om final sale. I am stuck with a 200. 00 boot!"

Unwearable! Read the bad reviews

"Unwearable! Quality has gone way down. I have a pair of these boots that I've been wearing for years. I decided to buy a second pair. They are not the same at all. The booys are stiff, the laces are plastic and the are much lighter than my older pair. No wonder they are final sale. I contacted customer service to atleast replace the laces but they basically told me to go buy new ones. Goodbye, Frye! You used to be a reputable company."

Heavy boot, I personally like

"Heavy boot, I personally like lighter combat boots."

These boots are very uncomfortable.

"These boots are very uncomfortable. I tried to return but was told that they are final sale. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service and will not be making any additional purchases from this company again. I’ve always enjoyed their bags and have several."
